Water
Water & Oxygen are our two most important elements for
survival.
Our bodies are over 70% water. Water performs many
important functions, including:
- Carries nutrients in the body
- Lubricates joints
- Helps regulate body temperature
- Cleanses the body's waste products
- Excretes wastes through the urine
- Acts as a solvent to dissolve and carry
many substances (minerals, proteins,
carbohydrates, and vitamins)
